End finishing tools for planning, chamfering, drilling and deburring in one operation.

With end-finishing tools, the ends of rotationally symmetrical workpieces (e.g. tubes, shafts, axles or rods) can be planned, chamfered, deburred, drilled or centered in only one operation. They are used in all finishing machines, machining units, multi-spindle machines, rotary-tachometers and CNC lathes. Up to five operations in one operation are possible:

outer chamfers
inside chamfers
internal turning
step drilling
face grooving
drilling
center

Special and combi-holders also increase the application possibilities. Different workpiece diameters can be machined with the same tool, since these can be adjusted radially. The tools can be adapted to all machines.
